I'm Ka'Leigh- CEO of Kay-OS.
I have many titles. Twin Mom, Boy Mom, Mom of Three, Full Time Employee, Professional Red Bull drinker (when tequila is not acceptable).
I've decided its time to add podcaster, content creator, & 2am blogger to this list.
My Story
I started Caffeinated Kay-OS because, like a lot of moms, I just needed a place to laugh. I have a six year old son, 2 10 month old twin daughters, and a wonderful man. But I still felt like I was missing something. I give my all to my beautiful family, which often times results in not much for myself. So i decided to fix that. I am no expert mom by any means. I do not have all the answers- nor do I really want them. I have my struggles finding myself at times outside of motherhood. But, I don't judge. Every mom has a story. Every mom has a truth. I guess its safe to say... I just don't hide behind either of mine. What you see is what you get. I'm loud, passionate, and most importantly unapologetically real.
